HOW TO ORDER? PLEASE READ OPTION 1 AND 2

Option 1 - Make payment to the stated accounts to secure your items fast in case they go out of stock. All comments are moderated to protect your privacy.

An email will be sent to you shortly. Priority will be given to those who state confirmation in the comment. Upon acceptance of confirmation from us, kindly make payment within 24hours. We will release the item to the waiting list after which.

POSTAGE CHARGES
1) For normal postage, postage is free, compliments from The Hattys.
2) For registered postage, please add $2.24.

PAYMENT
1) Items are based on first payment basis and will go to those who've made payment first, then to those who state confirmation in their comments.
2) I-Banking is highly recommended, but ATM transfers are welcome so long payment is in by 24 hours.
3) All ATM payments, including cash deposit at ATMs must be accompanied by a snapshot of receipt for easy verification.
4) Backing out or failure to complete the deal will result in blacklisting you.

SHIPPING/DISTRIBUTION
1) Items are distributed via normal and registered mail only.
2) The Hattys will not be responsible for lost items sent via normal mail. Do opt for registered mail at an additional $2.24 to set your mind at ease.
3) Items will be posted out within 3 working days. You will be informed via a reply to your screened comment once item is posted.

RETURN POLICY
1) We do not do refunds for items that do not fit, or if the color differs from the picture (due to different monitor settings).
2) All items are checked for defects before being dispatched. However in the unfortunate event that you receive a defected item, please email thehattys@gmail.com with a picture of the defected item.
3) An exchange will be made with postage costs borne by us, or we will fix the item up at no extra charge.

OTHER NOTES
1) All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
2) Strictly no refunds or exchange will be made unless it’s due to a defective or out of stock item.
3) Prices are fixed, no haggling please.
4) Please take the time to read through all the product information supplied before asking questions.
5) We reserve the right to reject a transaction/item at our own discretion.
